This 90-square-meter open-plan space, located in a former printing plant, has retained its original architectural features, such as the post-industrial bolted structure with exposed metal beams and a bleached wood floor.
The show-living area, which overlooks a courtyard/garden, is enhanced by iconic furniture, including designer pieces. The loft can be used as a showroom as well as an event venue.
The entryway, which is slightly lower than the main room, features two large metal bookcases and serves as an antechamber leading to the living area, a secret room, and the bathroom.
Available for corporate events, photo/video shoots, and cultural events.
