The audio system includes a hall amplification and sound distribution system featuring:
• 2 Bose RMU-208 ceiling speakers on either side of the stage and 2 in front of the stage
• 4 Bose RMU-108 ceiling speakers in the middle of the room
• 8 Extron SF 3CT LP in-ceiling speakers (pre-wired)

The standard microphone package includes:
• 5 Bosch CCS-1000 speaker microphones with a 48 cm fixed microphone boom
• 3 Sennheiser 100 Series handheld wireless microphones with unidirectional antenna systems
—The suspended ceiling in the hall was clad with Gyptone Activ’ Air panels featuring hexagonal perforations to optimize acoustic performance

—1 Panasonic PT-EZ770 Full HD video projector with 6,500 ANSI lumens of brightness, positioned at the front with an optical throw of 325 cm
—Ability to connect a PC or Mac from the control room for projections
—EXTRON SMP 11 A/V Video Recording System
—Panasonic AW-HE40SW rear-of-hall camera with touch panel or browser-based control
—48-inch monitor with floor stand for placement on stage for monitoring
—Dual-format dual-screen display with Conference setup (325 x 183)

—Remote control for advancing slides with a green Microcue 2L laser pointer, with a range of up to 100 meters
—Setup of a videoconferencing system with a dedicated PC in the control room, integrated with the Etron DMP 128 C VAT audio processor, connected via a VoIP line using a softcodec (Skype, etc.)
—Set up connections in the control room for the possible relay of a satellite signal to/from an external mobile station
—There are 11 cable wells in the room equipped with SDI video cables, audio cables, and network cables for connecting Dante devices for audio over IP; all of these cables are connected to a patch panel located in the control room rack or to network switches.
