When we're asked to organize an important event, the first thing we do is listen to our customers and address all their needs; once we've evaluated each request and worked out all the details together, the project can begin to take shape.
In addition to the gala dinner, the client required a specific service to handle the entertainment and production of the event: from setting up the stage to the guest seating area, right down to the lighting and music.
We hired and coordinated the entire staff for the client and the staff needed to ensure the event’s complete success at every stage, from the welcome drink to the final open bar.
The customer chose the’elegance and charm at the Broletto, a historic venue located in the heart of Milan, just a short walk from the Duomo.
The main hall is an open-concept space in the Art Nouveau style, while the upper level features a balcony that runs the entire length of the hall, creating a surprising effect.
The venue is available for corporate and private events, exhibitions, weddings, photo shoots, and cultural events, with a maximum capacity of 180 people and the chance to party until 2:00 a.m.

Together with the customer We've put together a custom menu, starting from the welcome cocktail to dessert and the open bar after dinner.
In addition to the menu, the catering service provided to the customer includes including waitstaff, five chefs, and the customary mise en place.
Staff uniforms are included in the price: white or black shirt, black tie, black pants, black shoes, black French-style apron. The head waiter wears a dark suit.
