Our Experience in Event Planning
Given the many details that needed to be taken care of to organize the company Christmas dinner he had in mind, the client chose to rely on LocationMilan to streamline both the planning process and the management of each operational phase of the event.
The initial goal was to find a location in the heart of Milan, that could accommodate a Christmas gala event.
Once the perfect facility for the client had been identified, one of the first challenges was the’spatial organization, which had to be adapted to the various segments of the evening: a welcome reception upon the guests’ arrival, a presentation complete with audio and video equipment, and, following that, Seated dinner and DJ set.
After gathering and listening to all of the client’s needs, we worked together to design each solution to ensure the complete success of every phase of the event.
Here is the project we created for 24ORE Business School.
The customer chose the’elegance and charm at the Broletto, a historic venue located in the heart of Milan, just a short walk from the Duomo.
The main hall is an open-concept space in the Art Nouveau style, while the upper level features a balcony that runs the entire length of the hall, creating a surprising effect.
The location with a maximum capacity of 180 people And the chance to party until 2:00 a.m. has everything 24ORE Business School was looking for in its corporate Christmas dinner.
Together with the client, we developed a A menu suitable for a Christmas gala dinner, with attention to every detail: from the welcome aperitif through the appetizers, first courses, main courses, desserts, and bar service.
We have also provided specialized staff and prepared to serve dinner and assist guests during the event, without neglecting the necessary arrangements for serving food and beverages.
The details are as follows:
Dining room staff uniform: white or black shirt, black tie, black pants, black shoes, black French-style apron. The head waiter wears a dark suit.
