Finding the right venue and managing relationships with vendors: these were among the primary needs of the client, who was looking for the most suitable venue to host their event, as well as qualified vendors with extensive experience in the industry.

The client wanted to streamline the organization and management of their corporate event in Milan. Since they did not have an on-site venue, they wanted to rely on a network of professionals who could coordinate every aspect of the event’s organization, bringing their vision to life in its entirety and without any hassle.

Since Ajax System had to host many international guests and given the large number of contractors involved in the project, it was important for them to be able to rely on a single point of contact who would handle every detail, thereby ensuring the complete success of their business event.

For his business day, Ajax System chose the welcoming atmosphere and versatility of Spazio Ansaldo, a venue with Industrial-style apartment located in the Bicocca neighborhood of Milan.

Spazio Ansaldo offers its customers 400 square meters of open-concept space, all in white, as well as advanced technology capable of supporting a wide range of projects.

The perfect location for corporate and private events, photo shoots, and commercials.

It can accommodate up to 200 people and events can drag on until 2:00 a.m..
