To present the New HF Shoes Collection For industry professionals and buyers, Scholl has decided to organize a four-day event.
A real organizational challenge between Choosing the Perfect Location and detailed planning of both the spaces and the times for meetings and technical breaks. The The main requirement was organizational precision; everything had to be clear, simple, and clearly marked: the relaxation and catering area, the business area for sales presentations, and the exhibition area where visitors could view the products from the new collection.

For his event, Scholl received the advice from an expert event manager who, together with the client, designed and planned the event concept they had in mind.

Presenting Scholl's new collection required a venue suitable for business presentations, moments of relaxation between meetings, and that could have a space dedicated to a showroom for displaying products.
Scholl chose Villoresi Space, a historic venue, now used primarily as a fashion showroom just a short walk from Milan's Navigli.
The venue consists of 2,500 square meters spread over 3 floors, complemented by a an inner courtyard and an annex.
Spazio Villoresi is available for corporate events, exhibitions, weddings, photo shoots, showrooms and can accommodate up to 140 people and hosts events until 1:00 a.m.
The goal of the catering service chosen by the customer was to provide a relaxing and fulfilling experience for buyers and industry professionals, between business meetings.
With the support of our professionals and suppliers, A customized menu was designed for every time of day, with sections dedicated to finger food, first courses, main courses, beverages, and desserts.
